Are We the Right Fit for Your Commercial Kitchen?
Key points to consider when determining the right fit:
Quality – we have strict screening and hiring practices with W-2 employees, and if we don’t meet expectations, we will come back to reclean for free; we clean the entire system, roof down from the fan and hood up; and you will receive access to your own client portal with photos and reports on every clean (that you can refer to during your post-clean inspection).
Safety – we are bonded and insured, photo history (before and after photos for each clean and photos of our team entering/exiting the property), and our employees go through mandatory, monthly safety briefings.
Consistency – work with you to set a 24-month clean plan for your kitchen, with a focus on meeting/exceeding expectations with each clean and at a straightforward, consistent price every time.
Pure Play– we locally provide NFPA 96-certified exhaust and hood cleaning services, our sole focus is helping mitigate fire hazards and avoid costly fines—without trying to upsell you on unnecessary fire suppression equipment or other types of commercial cleaning services.
With over 15 years of experience serving local commercial kitchens, Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle is equipped to keep your commercial kitchen running safely, efficiently, and consistently (whether it’s the 1st or 30th clean with us).
With Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle, you’re not just ensuring compliance; you’re securing a partner dedicated to your kitchen’s long-term success.

I never expected my career path to lead me here, but building Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle feels like the most natural next step. Looking back, it all started watching my dad succeed as a sales manager, and he taught me early what it means to work hard, take care of people, and build something you can be proud of—building the foundation of great customer service. Those lessons shine through every chapter of my career.
My marketing career began with managing and executing large scale brand experiences and events for Starbucks, 7 Eleven, Cargill, MillerCoors, and many others. It was fast paced, relationship driven work that taught me how to build and lead teams, solve problems quickly, and deliver with consistency.
Over the last 14 years, I worked on global marketing projects at Amazon and Microsoft. At Amazon, I helped bring Alexa devices to new countries. At Microsoft, I teamed up with Intel, Dell, HP, and big retailers to make Windows and Office stand out. Those experiences taught me the importance of clear communication, building strong relationships, always staying focused on customers, and always respecting the people who get things done.
Now, I’m channeling everything I’ve learned into Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle. My goal is simple: protect the kitchens that keep our community running and build a business rooted in integrity, care, and long-term trust.
Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle is growing—and we’re looking for motivated Technicians, Foremen, and Field Supervisors to join our team. We offer competitive pay, consistent schedules, and a professional work environment where your skills are valued.

Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle provides commercial hood cleaning and kitchen exhaust system cleaning throughout the Greater Seattle metropolitan area. Our certified technicians clean the full system, including the hood canopy, ductwork, and exhaust fan, to support fire prevention, maintain proper airflow, and keep your kitchen compliant with NFPA 96 inspection requirements.
Commercial Kitchen Hood Cleaning in Greater Seattle
Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle cleans the complete exhaust system—from the hood canopy through every inch of ductwork all the way to the rooftop exhaust fan. We are a professional commercial kitchen hood cleaning company serving Seattle, Renton, Everett, Auburn, Federal Way, Kent, Issaquah, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, and Lynnwood—cleaning every kitchen to NFPA 96 fire code standards.
Full system cleaning — hood canopy, ductwork, and rooftop fans cleaned top-to-bottom, not just the visible surfaces.
NFPA 96-certified technicians — every clean meets Washington State fire code and is inspection-ready.
Photo-documented every visit — before-and-after photos and a compliance report filed with every service.
Flexible scheduling — evening and weekend slots available so your kitchen never skips a beat.
Grease filters are your kitchen’s first line of defense against fire. When they’re clogged, airflow drops, grease builds up faster, and your fire risk climbs. Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle’s Filter Exchange Program takes the hassle completely off your plate—we show up on schedule, swap your dirty filters for professionally cleaned replacements, and leave your kitchen running safely and efficiently.
We do the dirty work — your staff never has to touch a grease-clogged filter again.
Custom schedule for your kitchen — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service based on your cooking volume and NFPA 96 requirements.
Clean filters always on the van — we know your filter sizes and carry spares, so every swap is fast and zero-downtime.
Pressure-washed, soaked & hand-scrubbed — every filter cleaned to NFPA 96 standards before going back into rotation.
Serving restaurants, hotels, schools, and commercial kitchens across Seattle, Renton, Everett, Auburn, Federal Way, Kent, Issaquah, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, and Lynnwood. Call 206-656-0033 to get started.
While most commercial cleaning companies stop at the exterior—pressure washing dumpster pads and concrete—Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle goes deep inside your kitchen. Our Pressure Washing service uses industrial wet steam technology to sanitize the surfaces your closing staff simply can’t reach: floors, drains, drain lines, walls, pipes, bars, awnings, and dumpster areas—all in one visit, while we’re already on-site cleaning your hood.
Up to 300°F at 3,500 PSI — our commercial-grade steam machines blast through grease, carbon, and bacteria buildup that mops and degreasers leave behind in Seattle’s high-volume restaurant and hotel kitchens.
Active enzyme sanitation — we apply an enzyme-based cleaning agent that keeps sanitizing surfaces even after we’ve left your Renton, Everett, or Federal Way kitchen.
Zero extra visit required — Pressure Washing is performed during your scheduled hood clean, so kitchens in Auburn, Kent, Issaquah, and Redmond get a full deep-clean in a single service window.
Inside & outside — floors, drains, walls, dumpster areas, patios, and awnings covered—keeping your curb appeal high for Greater Seattle health inspectors and customers alike.
Serving commercial kitchens in Seattle, Renton, Everett, Auburn, Federal Way, Kent, Issaquah, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, and Lynnwood. Call 206-656-0033 to add Pressure Washing to your next service.
Repairs
Repairs
Exhaust System Repairs — Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle
Most repair companies only show up when something breaks. Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle’s NFPA 96-certified technicians inspect and diagnose your full exhaust system during every scheduled hood cleaning visit—identifying worn belts, missing access panels, and grease containment failures before your Seattle, Renton, or Everett kitchen faces a shutdown or a failed Washington State fire marshal inspection.
We’re not a franchise dispatching subcontractors. Our technicians are W-2 employees, background-checked, uniformed, and trained directly by Kitchen Guard. Every repair is photo-documented before and after so you have a permanent compliance record—exactly what Greater Seattle fire inspectors and insurance carriers want to see.
Access panel installation (curved & flat) — NFPA 96 requires access to both sides of your fan for proper cleaning and inspection. Our technicians fabricate and install code-compliant panels for kitchens from Capitol Hill restaurants to Auburn school cafeterias.
Hinge kit installation — required by NFPA 96 and Washington State fire code for upblast fans. We assess your rooftop unit in Renton, Kent, Bothell, or Lynnwood, source the correct kit, and install it to spec—with photo documentation included.
Fan belt inspection & replacement — a cracked or slipping belt cuts your fan’s CFM output, lets grease migrate deeper into ductwork, and risks shutting down your Issaquah, Redmond, or Woodinville kitchen mid-service. We check belt condition every visit.
Upblast & utility-set fan replacement — when a repair isn’t viable, we source and install the correct replacement fan for your rooftop curb, duct size, and King or Snohomish County code requirements.
Grease containment & roof repair — unchecked grease overflow voids roofing warranties and attracts pests. We install containment trays, seal penetrations, and repair grease-damaged membrane roofing for Greater Seattle commercial properties.
Custom fabrication — non-standard duct configurations, older kitchen builds in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square or Belltown corridors, or unique rooftop setups? We custom-fabricate solutions to fit.
Every repair includes before-and-after photos and a compliance report ready for your fire inspection file. Serving Seattle, Renton, Everett, Auburn, Federal Way, Kent, Issaquah, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, and Lynnwood. Call 206-656-0033 or request a repair assessment.
