Orange County Areas We Serve

Kitchen Guard of Orange County cleans, maintains and repairs commercial kitchen exhaust systems in every city in the county, from La Habra and Brea in the north to San Clemente in the south. Every job is cleaned to ANSI/IKECA C10 and documented with photos. Orange County doesn’t have one fire inspector for everyone, though. Depending on your address, your kitchen hood is inspected by the Orange County Fire Authority, by your city’s own fire department, or in one case by Los Angeles County Fire. The table below shows which agency covers each city.

Who Inspects Kitchen Hoods in Each Orange County City

Every one of these agencies enforces the California Fire Code, which adopts NFPA 96 for commercial kitchen exhaust. In every city, your food facility health permit and routine health inspections come from the OC Health Care Agency.
