Kitchen Guard’s Fan Maintenance Program is a comprehensive quarterly service plan designed to keep your kitchen exhaust fan running smoothly and efficiently—all for just $110 per fan per month.
What’s Included?
- Quarterly Service performed by trained technicians
- Coverage for the motor, belts, and bearings
- Lifetime Warranty on covered parts (effective after 30 days in the program)
Each Quarterly Visit Includes:
- Lubrication of Zerk fittings on motors and bearings
- Cleaning of the motor casing to improve heat dissipation
- Fan belt replacement as needed (at least every 6 months)
- AMP draw measurement to ensure electrical load is within safe specifications
Warranty Details:
- Both labor and parts are covered for warranty replacements
- If a replacement motor exceeds $400, you only pay the difference
