Kitchen Guard of El Paso commercial exterior pressure washing service

Commercial Exterior Pressure Washing in El Paso

COMMERCIAL EXTERIOR CLEANING

Grease Doesn’t Stay in the Kitchen

A chemical-free deep clean that enhances safety, sanitation, and curb appeal.

It goes out the back door on shoes and hand trucks, out the dumpster with the waste, and onto every concrete surface your customers and your inspector walk across.

Kitchen Guard of El Paso pressure washes those surfaces — dumpster pads and enclosures, patios and outdoor dining areas, sidewalks, entryways and drive-thru lanes, back docks and loading zones, and parking lots and garages.

We use water heated to 300 degrees, delivered at up to 3,500 PSI through a rotary head, with a biodegradable degreaser applied first to loosen buildup before it is lifted away. No harsh chemicals, and nothing left to run into a storm drain — a vacuum recovery system reclaims the wastewater on site for proper disposal.

HOW IT WORKS

Why 300-Degree Water Beats a Pressure Washer and a Hose

A chemical-free deep clean that enhances safety, sanitation, and curb appeal.

Heat is what removes grease

Grease is a temperature problem before it is a pressure problem. Cold water and high pressure move it around and spread the stain wider. Water at 300 degrees breaks the bond so the grease lifts out of the pores of concrete instead of sinking further in.

A rotary head cleans evenly

A rotary head covers a surface at a consistent distance and angle. That is the difference between concrete that is actually clean and concrete with wand stripes across it.

The degreaser is biodegradable

A biodegradable degreaser goes down first to break up buildup, so the heat and pressure have less to fight. Nothing caustic is used, which matters on patios and entryways where guests sit and walk.

The wastewater does not go down the drain

A vacuum recovery system collects the water we use and takes it away for proper disposal. Grease and organic waste do not reach the storm drain, and the discharge liability does not stay on your property.

SURFACES

Exterior Surfaces We Pressure Wash in El Paso

A chemical-free deep clean that enhances safety, sanitation, and curb appeal.

Dumpster Pads and Enclosures

The worst surface on most foodservice properties, and the one that generates the complaints. Grease and liquid waste soak into the pad and keep producing odor and pest activity long after the bins are emptied. We clean the pad, the enclosure walls, the bin exteriors and the apron around them.

Back Docks and Loading Zones

Delivery aprons and service entrances take grease from foot traffic and hand trucks. Cleaning them stops that residue from being walked back into the building.

Patios and Outdoor Dining Areas

Guest-facing surfaces, judged before anyone reads a menu. Heat lifts spilled food, drink residue and ground-in dust out of concrete, pavers and stamped surfaces.

Sidewalks, Entryways and Drive-Thru Lanes

Entryways collect tracked grease. Drive-thru lanes collect oil drip and spills in a narrow strip customers see from a few feet away.

Parking Lots and Parking Garages

Concrete decks hold oil and grease. We clean them while recovering the wastewater rather than sending it into a garage drain.

DUMPSTER PAD CLEANING

Dumpster Pad Cleaning for El Paso Restaurants

A chemical-free deep clean that enhances safety, sanitation, and curb appeal.

Dumpster pad cleaning is the service most El Paso operators call about first, and it is worth understanding why the problem comes back.

The smell is in the concrete, not the bin

Liquid waste seeps out of the bins and soaks into the pad. Emptying the dumpster does not remove it, and a new bin sits on the same saturated concrete. In El Paso heat that smell carries to patios, drive-thrus and neighbouring tenants. Removing what has soaked in is the only thing that actually stops it.

It is a food source for pests

Roaches, flies and rodents come for the organic buildup around and under the bins. Pest treatment addresses the pests; cleaning the pad removes the reason they are there.

Grease degrades the pad itself

Grease breaks down concrete and softens asphalt over time. Cleaning on a schedule protects the surface and avoids a resurfacing bill.

WHO WE SERVE

Foodservice Operations We Pressure Wash in El Paso

A chemical-free deep clean that enhances safety, sanitation, and curb appeal.

Any kitchen producing volume puts grease onto the surfaces outside it. What changes between operations is which of those surfaces matters most, and who is asking about them.

Restaurants

Dumpster enclosures, patios and outdoor dining, entryways and drive-thru lanes. These are the surfaces guests judge on the way in and inspectors look at out the back, and they are the ones that recover fastest from a clean.

Schools

Cafeteria service yards, loading areas and refuse enclosures. High-volume kitchens producing a concentrated waste stream, on sites where the same areas are used by students and staff.

Hospitals

Kitchen service entrances, refuse areas and exterior walkways. Sanitation standards are higher and more closely documented than in most settings, which is why the before-and-after record matters as much as the clean itself.

Universities

Dining hall service areas, loading docks and refuse enclosures, often several across one campus under a single facilities contact.

EL PASO COMPLIANCE

What El Paso Inspectors Look At Outside Your Building

A chemical-free deep clean that enhances safety, sanitation, and curb appeal.

Exterior refuse areas are part of your inspection

Food establishment inspections in the city are run by the City of El Paso Code Enforcement Department’s Food Inspection Program, and the condition of exterior refuse areas is part of what gets evaluated. El Paso publishes establishment scores publicly, so a deduction for an unsanitary dumpster area is visible to your customers as well as to the city.

Washing to the curb is a discharge violation

Sending grease and food waste into a storm drain or gutter is not allowed, and it is the most common corner cut by low-cost pressure washing contractors. Because we recover the wastewater on site, that exposure does not land on your property.

SERVICE RECORDS

Every Visit Documented, Before and After

A chemical-free deep clean that enhances safety, sanitation, and curb appeal.

Cleaning an exterior surface is easy to claim and hard to prove three months later, when an inspector or a landlord asks when it was last done. Every Kitchen Guard service is documented so you have an answer.

Before-and-after photographs

We photograph each area we clean before we start and after we finish. It shows what the surface actually looked like, which is the difference between a service you can point to and one you have to describe.

A dated record of every service

Each visit is logged with the date and the areas covered, so the history is continuous rather than a set of invoices you have to reconstruct.

The people who ask to see it

A Code Enforcement inspector asking when the refuse area was last cleaned. A landlord querying responsibility for a dumpster enclosure. An insurer reviewing a slip claim on a patio or entryway. In each case a dated photo record settles the question quickly.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about exterior pressure washing for El Paso restaurants and foodservice facilities.

Dumpster pads and enclosures, back docks and loading zones, patios and outdoor dining areas, sidewalks, entryways and drive-thru lanes, and parking lots and garages.

No. Our pressure washing service covers exterior surfaces. Interior grease removal is handled through our hood and exhaust cleaning service, which covers the hood, plenum, ductwork and fan to NFPA 96 standards.

Most pressure washing uses cold or warm water and relies on pressure alone, which spreads grease rather than removing it. We use water at 300 degrees and up to 3,500 PSI through a rotary head, with a biodegradable degreaser first, and we recover the wastewater instead of letting it run off. Most companies set up for driveways and house washing are not equipped for grease and are not set up to capture what they wash off.

Grease, grime and organic buildup — the cooking grease, food waste and general soiling that collects on exterior surfaces around a commercial kitchen.

Yes. No harsh chemicals are used, so nothing is left behind on patio surfaces or sidewalk seating.

Into a vacuum recovery system on site, then away for proper disposal. It does not go into a storm drain, a gutter or a parking lot.

Because the smell is coming from what has soaked into the concrete, not from the bins. Until that is removed, a clean bin on a saturated pad will smell within days — faster in summer.

It removes the food source, which is the part pest treatment does not cover. Organic buildup around dumpsters and service entrances is what draws roaches, flies and rodents in the first place.

It depends on cooking volume, how your waste is handled and how much of your property is guest-facing. We will look at the property and recommend a schedule.

Yes. Every visit includes before-and-after photographs of the areas we clean and a dated record of the service, so you can produce it for a Code Enforcement inspector, a landlord or an insurer.
