Full Ventilation System Cleaning & Maintenance

Hood Cleaning

From the canopy to the entire ducting network and all the way to the fans on the roof, we clean your commercial kitchen to NFPA 96 standards.

This is our core competency. We clean it correctly the first time reducing any fire risk.
We clean the entire system, not just a portion of it.
We use a commercial-grade pressure washer and other equipment to clean as thoroughly as possible.
We’ll show you proof (before and after pictures) and documentation to file for compliance.

Filter Exchange

This hassle-free program frequently replaces your dirty filters – the first line of defense against grease – keeping your kitchen running efficiently (and looking good).

We know your filter sizes and we always keep clean, spare filters in our vans so we can quickly change out your dirty ones, proactively managing fire risk.

We do it so your kitchen staff doesn’t.

We clean each by pressure washing, soaking, and hand-scrubbing to ensure a thorough and proper clean to the highest standards.

Green Steam

While we’re cleaning your hood and filters, we’ll also Green Steam your kitchen floors, drains, bars, awnings, patios and dumpster areas, and more, keeping your curb appeal and customer experience high.

By providing “wet steam” deep cleaning, Kitchen Guard reaches all the areas your tired employees aren’t getting with a mop during their closing duties.

We’ll remove any unsightly build-up on pipes, drain lines, walls, and flooring by utilizing our wet steam technology (in which our commercial machines can reach temperatures of up to 300 degrees at 3500 PSI).
We apply an active enzyme in our cleaning chemical that sanitizes surfaces and keeps working after we leave.

Repairs

We can fix anything including access panels (curved and flat styles), fan replacement (upblast and utility-set), belt replacement, curb extensions and reductions, hinge kits with grease containment, roof repair (from grease damage) and any custom work request you have.

While cleaning, our trained technicians will also be able to detect and diagnose issues in your kitchen exhaust system. That’s why we offer a full line of repair options.

Our repairs keep your system in compliance with the highest safety standards established by the National Fire Protection Association.

From fixing or creating access panels on your fans to belt and entire fan replacement and grease containment or roof repair, Kitchen Guard can repair it.
